OUR LAST PERFORMANCE AND THERE WERE SOME TEARS SHED THROUGHOUT THE BOOTH BEFORE IN THE SCENE BEFORE THE VIDEO STARTS. WE ENDED UP GETTING THE OPPURTUNITY TO TAKE THIS SHOW TO KCACTF REGION VII AND
I CAN SAY THAT THERE WERE EVEN MORE TEARS SHED.
Who is everybody?
To make sure all the performers had an adequate time walking trough and speaking all the roles they played, I created this tracking sheet. I used it to check in on actors to see if they needed to step through something they hadn't in awhile, and communicated with the director who needed to walk through what that day in rehearsal.
COSTUME TRACKING SHEET
Since we have 5 actors cast as the same roles and we don't know who will be who until the roles get pulled during the show, we created this tracking sheet to start the conversation with costumes about quick changes. We also used it to see where we needed to place quick change stations, and it was used to track the responsibilities of the dresser when our dresser needed to call in sick to the show.
