  • Created props tracking list.

  • Created quick change tracking list.

  • Created preshow checklists.

  • Backstage during shows.

  • Show includes lift call before shows.

  • Show includes choreography.

  • The roles of Ariel, Eric, Ursula, Flotsom/Jetsam had understudies.  

  • The roles of Flounder, Chef Louis, and all of the Mersisters had a swing with one guaranteed performance as Chef Louis.

  • The roles of Sebastian, Triton, Scuttle, and Grimsby had a swing with one guaranteed performance as Scuttle.

  • The venue has their board operators do their own cues.

  • There were two spot operators.

  • After we opened, ran weekly put-in rehearsals.
